The governing body of the society shall be the body constituted as such under the rules of the society.
The management of the affairs of the society is entrusted in accordance with the Rules/Regulations of the Association to a governing body of which the permanent members are :
- Chairman, GUBS & Industries Commissioner
- Vice Chairman, GUBS & Additional Industries Commissioner
- Managing Director, GIDC
- Managing Director, GIIC
- Managing Director, GSFC
- Industries Commissioner, Govt. of Gujarat
- Managing Director, GSIC
- Managing Director, GSTC
- Managing Director, Gujarat State Handicrafts & Handloom Development Corporation.
- Managing Director, GMDC
- Managing Director, Gujarat State Handloom Dev. Corpn.
- Managing Director, Gujarat State Rural Industrial Marketing Corporation.
- Executive Director, Industrial Extension Bureau
- Commissioner, Cottage Industries
- Director, Stationery & Printing, Gujarat State
- Regional Manager, State Bank of India
- Director, Geology & Mining Department
- Managing Director, Gujarat State Land Development Corporation
The above members of the Governing Body shall remain in office permanently by virtue of their post. Unless otherwise provided, membership shall be vested with and transferred according to the official designation mentioned above.
