Objectives

To inform and guide the public on the various activities carried out by various departments and organizations and the proper method to approach them

To facilitate seminars and conferences for entrepreneurs, industrialists and general public

To publish and distribute journals, magazines, bulletins and circulars to promote the Society and also for any events organized herewith.

To ensure the Udhyog Bhavan complex is well maintained

To ensure cleanliness in all common areas like staircases and restrooms, and to maintain common facilities like electricity, drainage, water supply, elevators, etc.

To provide adequate parking to members and to maintain civil infrastructure like roads and gardens

To arrange for security in common areas of the Udhyog Bhavan

To operate common facilities used by visitors

To insure the entire facility against fire hazards and natural calamities and establish appropriate mitigation procedures

To acquire, construct, lease or purchase real estate and all other assets, movable or immovable as the Society deems proper

To present the society and its interest before local, State and Central authorities and other organizations in India
12
To make by-laws for the control and regulatory affairs of the Society
13
To generally do all such things as are incidental to and/or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.

To provide guidance to public at large for proper approach & various activities carried out by various Organization of the Society.

To arrange various seminars & conferences to educate new entrepreneurs, industrialists and public at large.

To publish, sell, distribute free or otherwise journals, magazines, publications, bulletins, circulars for the object of the Society and in any event for the purpose of carrying trade therewith.

To maintain the building ‘Udhyog Bhavan’ including common space and entire area in good condition.

To arrange cleaning facility in all common area like stair case, common bath, W.C. etc. and to maintain all common facility like electricity, drainage, water supply, lift, sweeping etc.

To provide facility for parking to its members and to maintain common roads land, gardens in proper condition.

To provide security arrangement for common area.

To run (operate) common facility for staff and offices of the members of society and visitors.
09
To safeguard the entire premises from any fire hazards, calamity by taking appropriate measures including insurance.

To acquire by purchase, construct, taking on lease land and building and all other properties, movable and immovable for the purpose of society, which may think proper.
11
To present the society and its interest before local, State and Central authorities and other organizations in India.

To make form time to time bye-laws for the control, conduct and regulations of the affairs of society.
13
To generally do all such things as are incidental to and/or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
